Black Minds Leadership Program
The Black Minds Leadership Program, as the leadership development arm of BMEA, focuses on intergenerational mentoring to foster confident and skilled individuals while creating a pipeline for Black males in the teaching profession. The program utilizes high school mentors to engage elementary-aged students, aiming to improve math proficiency and develop emerging young Black male leaders by fostering productive struggle, productive talk, and cultivating mindsets.
