We are thrilled to welcome four extraordinary individuals to our Board of Directors! Each of these dynamic leaders brings a unique blend of experience, passion, and commitment to our mission: transforming the school experience for Black and Brown children.
Jonah Anderson is a seasoned professional with 15+ years in public health and financial services. A committed advocate for individual and community health, Jonah’s diverse background will play a critical role in guiding our financial strategies and our vision for community and economic development.
Candace Bacchus Hollingsworth is a people’s champion and change maker. As the youngest and first Black mayor of Hyattsville, MD, her work has always been about service and community. Her experience in leading public sector organizations and building strategic partnerships will help to advance our commitment to educational equity.
Mark Greer, is the Co-Executive Director of the Transforming Power Fund. With his extensive experience in philanthropy and corporate social responsibility, Mark brings a unique perspective to challenge funders and companies to increase resources for grassroots organizing and community-controlled solutions.
Tiffany C. Taylor is an accomplished professional with two decades of experience in the education and non-profit sectors. Tiffany, as Partner and inaugural Chief People and Impact Officer at Global Silicon Valley Ventures, will help us extend our influence and operational efficiency, ensuring our impact resonates in every community we serve.
