After two weeks of traveling with our Principal Wellness PLC and Teacher Wellness PLC, hosts, Dr. Curtis Lewis and Mr. Michael Payne, are back to reflect on the experiences of both trips to educational conferences as a cohort. Tonight, you will get to hear firsthand from members of both cohorts about their experience thus far in the Fellowships and hear their reflections on attending AERA 2023 in Chicago, IL as well as ASU-GSV Summit 2023 in San Diego, CA.
We also spotlight a Black Male Educator, Mr. Pierce Boyd-Bagby of Chicago, IL! Pierce is a member of our Teacher Wellness PLC and he was gracious enough to welcome us into his classroom to observe him in action and also share a few words on his inspirations for becoming an educator and ways schools can better partner with parents!
