WATCH: Critical Work: How BMEA Transforms Education

This Work is CRITICAL Work

The vision to transform schools for Black and Brown children requires work on multiple levels in the education system. BMEA is not running from the challenge, in fact, we are just getting started.

Since 2017, we have worked directly with teachers, school leaders, students, and families to make schools more restorative, culturally responsive institutions where ALL students are respected and valued. BMEA works with educators and schools nationwide including Michigan, New York, and Ohio.

As we enter the Season of Giving for 2023, we want to take our community on a journey, digging deep into our work, its impact, our partners in the work, and importantly, share ways for YOU to support our work in multiple ways.

We call this video Critical Work: How BMEA Transforms Schools. Stay tuned for more!
